CBIA complements its legislative and legal advocacy efforts with a robust regulatory advocacy program. CBIA’s regulatory advocacy focuses on key state agencies, boards, and commissions that hold regulatory authority over residential construction and land use activities.

CBIA is committed to overcoming these regulatory obstacles to facilitate a more efficient and cost-effective process for residential construction, ultimately supporting the goal of increasing housing availability and affordability in the state.
